
David Hertz
Chief Operating Officer
David is the chief operating officer of The Endoscopy Center of New York, responsible for center strategy. He also serves as the chief operating officer of New York Gastroenterology Associates, a leading independent gastroenterology practice.
Prior to ECNY, David was a corporate strategy consultant at KPMG and a restructuring advisor at Alvarez & Marsal. He also worked in investment banking and held leadership roles in a public company. Mr. Hertz received an MBA from the Yale School of Management and graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University.

Liliana Rodriguez
Administrator – Business Operations and Development
Liliana is the administrator of business operations and development of The Endoscopy Center of New York, overseeing the center’s daily operations. Before ECNY, she served for five years as a chief affiliation
officer of Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY), one of New York State’s largest multispecialty physician groups. In that role, she oversaw services at Gotham Health and Metropolitan Hospital, representing over 500 physicians and clinicians.
Before PAGNY, she was an associate director of finance for New York Health and Hospitals, managing the affiliation contract with the NYU School of Medicine on behalf of Bellevue, Gouverneur, Coler, and Carter. Liliana graduated from Universidad de Monterrey in Mexico.

Wendy Brizer
Administrator – Clinical Operations, Quality and Compliance
Wendy is the administrator of clinical operations, quality and compliance. She is responsible for oversight of the center’s clinical operations, quality and compliance programs.
Wendy is also an adjunct professor of health care administration at Monroe College for both undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
Prior to ECNY, Wendy was a director of quality and compliance for six years at Archcare Senior Life, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, which included Article 28 clinics and a licensed home care service agency. Prior to Archcare, Wendy was the director of quality and compliance at CenterLight Health Care, where she worked for over thirty years and previously held additional roles in infection control and risk management. Wendy received MPH and BS degrees from Columbia University.
